Did Howard Rich have anything to do with the Rich/Lex 5 "Vote No" on much-needed school funding? I know the Superintendent and School Board are short on what it takes, and developers have been accused of "Vote Yes" because of the crazy development potential, which is probably true, but I don't see where so much money came from to wreck a good public school system unles it was Rich.

I'm pretty sure Mr. Rich wasn't involved with that referendum, Suzanne.
